Seeing a definite vacuum in the space of HR Publications, we got into the process of conceptualizing a product for the Professionals, Aspiring Professionals alike, not just targeted at the HR Professional, as a controlled circulation (another name for small circulation) publication.

Through extensive surveys conducted across the major metros’, select A,B & C class towns on a diverse sample population from across industries/segments, we got down to creating a balanced content plan, so as to ensure maximization of our target audience.

These surveys further confirmed the high levels of interest in an HR Publication from HR and
Non-HR Professionals alike, thus clearly exhibiting it’s power and the resultant viability.
